"Over the last couple of years I have worked with Dale Nelson on the Missouri River Courthouse. Dale represented the U.S. Courts on this project and worked on the team that included Sletten Construction, to complete a complex project with the various goals of many individuals that sometimes conflicted. The project was a great success in that I feel everybody’s goals were met or exceeded. Dale helped immeasurably in the understanding of the actual requirements to build the project. Sometimes what is on paper either is not constructible or does not meet the end user’s requirements. Dale helped in finding and resolving these problems from pre-construction right through to grand opening. Nelson Architects office staff has also been more than helpful when I have asked their assistance.
